A Living Legacy: 125 Years of Art and Craft in the Ardens

The AAC will be having 2 sister shows outside the Ardens to celebrate the arts and crafts legacy of our community. We will juxtapose works by contemporary artists along side works and photographs of artisans of the past 125 years in the Ardens.

First up is a 2D and wall relief Show at the Baby Grand in downtown Wilmington for the month of October. Artists must be available to deliver artwork or arrange to have their piece(s) delivered to the Baby Grand (818 N. Market St, Wilmington, DE 19801) from 9-10 AM on Wednesday, October 1 and help hang their work if needed. Artists are to pick up their artwork 9-10 AM on Monday, Nov 3, 2025. Ideally artists will be at the show's opening reception from 5-7 PM on Friday, October 3.

A second showcase, a 3D art show at the beautiful Blue Ball Barn for the month of November. Artists must be available to deliver (and install) artwork to The Blue Ball Barn (1914 W Park Dr; WIlmington, DE 19803) from 10 AM-12 AM on Monday, November 3. Artists are to pick up their artwork 10 AM-12 PM on Sunday, December 6, 2025. Ideally artists will be at the show's opening reception from 5-7 PM on Friday, October 7.
