Join us for “Watercolors, Words, and Wits: The Art and Science of Trauma Recovery
with Shay Seaborne, CPTSD

Artist and Relational Neuroscience educator Shay Seaborne CPTSD presents an exhibition that brings together watercolor, ceramic, and mixed-media pieces, brief writings, and accessible Interpersonal Neurobiology to illustrate how people adapt under overwhelming stress and what supports real recovery.

Their work highlights the return of connection and dignity when the pressures of domination systems ease.

The exhibition invites the community to engage with art that speaks to human resilience, mutuality, and the need for cultures that support widespread thriving. Light refreshments will be served.
