Art Loop shows at the Buzz Ware Village Center (BWVC) rules and standards apply to vendors/exhibitors. (Please read and acknowledge the BWVC policy document.) Please indicate your acceptance of the following important items by initialing the space provided.

__ On December 1st, the Buzz will be open for set-up at 1PM. You must have your table set-up and

      ready to go at 5PM.

__ The show ends at 9PM. You must have your table taken down by 9:30PM.

__ No late arrivals or early departures on Art Loop show evening are permitted. Early pick-up or

     departure will affect future participation.

__ Participant must have transportation for set-up, attendance at show night, and removal.

__ Exhibitors/vendors must comply with requests from BWVC representatives regarding logistics and

      rules prior to, during and after the show.
